What is a SEER number?
Central air conditioners are labeled with a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) number. The higher
the SEER number the more efficient the unit. Although 10.0 is suitable for most locations, South Texas
is a very hot and humid climate, and a higher SEER value can save you money.

What is a R-value?
R-value is the capacity of an insulating material to resist heat flow. The higher the R-value, the better
the insulator.

How can I lower the cost of my utility bill?
